- 1 tsp ginger, minced

Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chicken pieces and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute.
- Pour in the sweet chili sauce and soy sauce, stirring to coat the chicken.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce is heated through and slightly thickened.
- Serve over rice or with fresh vegetables.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in sweet chili sauce for 30 minutes before cooking. Adjust sweetness and heat to taste.
