- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, fresh parsley, ketchup, minced garlic, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf form.
- Spread the marinara sauce over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-55 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
- Slice and serve warm with your favorite sides.
Notes
For added flavor, sprinkle additional Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs on top before baking.
