- 1 small head of cabbage, chopped

- 1 Scotch bonnet pepper, chopped (adjust for spice preference)

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced onion and sauté until translucent.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add the chopped cabbage and thyme; season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cabbage is tender.
- Stir in the Scotch bonnet pepper and cook for an additional minute.
- Serve warm as a side dish.
Notes
For added spice, increase the amount of Scotch bonnet. Consider adding other vegetables like bell peppers or carrots for more flavor.
