- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Pickles (optional)
- Lettuce (optional)
- Tomato slices (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and pepper.
- Form the beef into small patties that fit the size of the Hawaiian rolls.
- Cook the patties on a grill or skillet until they are browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Once cooked, place each patty on a bottom half of a Hawaiian roll.
- Top each burger with a slice of cheese and return to the oven until the cheese melts, about 2-3 minutes.
- Spread mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard on the top halves of the rolls.
- Assemble the sliders by adding pickles, lettuce, and tomato if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
Customize toppings and use different types of cheese. Don’t overwork the beef to keep patties tender.
