Juicy Cheeseburger Sliders

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Pickles (optional)
  • Lettuce (optional)
  • Tomato slices (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and pepper.
  3. Form the beef into small patties that fit the size of the Hawaiian rolls.
  4. Cook the patties on a grill or skillet until they are browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Once cooked, place each patty on a bottom half of a Hawaiian roll.
  6. Top each burger with a slice of cheese and return to the oven until the cheese melts, about 2-3 minutes.
  7. Spread mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard on the top halves of the rolls.
  8. Assemble the sliders by adding pickles, lettuce, and tomato if desired.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Customize toppings and use different types of cheese. Don’t overwork the beef to keep patties tender.
