Juicy Ground Chicken Kids Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onion and cook until translucent.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, cooked onion and garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, egg, and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Mix until well combined.
  6. Form the mixture into small patties or meatballs.
  7. In the same skillet, add a bit more olive oil if needed and cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through.
  8. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For a healthier option, use whole wheat breadcrumbs. Adjust seasonings based on your kids’ preferences.
