Juicy Steak with Creamy Garlic Sauce

A hearty and flavorful ribeye steak paired with a rich, creamy garlic sauce.

  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 2 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  4. Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest on a plate.
  5. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Stir in the parmesan cheese and cook until the sauce thickens, about 2-4 minutes.
  8. Serve the rested steaks topped with the creamy garlic sauce and garnish with parsley.

Notes

Let the steaks rest before serving to redistribute juices. Use a meat thermometer for perfect doneness.
