- Steak
- Cooked rice
- Soy sauce
- Garlic

- Vegetable oil

Instructions
- Marinate the steak in soy sauce, minced garlic, ginger, and a little sugar for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated steak for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked to your liking.
- In a separate bowl, blend cream with sriracha, adding salt and pepper to taste for the spicy cream sauce.
- Assemble rice bowls by placing a serving of cooked rice at the bottom. Slice the steak and arrange it on top. Drizzle the spicy cream sauce over the steak.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your flavorful Korean BBQ steak rice bowls!

Let the steak marinate longer for a richer taste, up to a few hours if possible. Keep the creamy sauce separate when storing leftovers to maintain its texture.
