Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb beef steak
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetables for topping (e.g., carrots, cucumbers, radishes)
Instructions
- Marinate the steak: In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, gochujang, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Coat the beef well with the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook the steak: Grill or pan-sear the marinated steak on medium-high heat to your desired doneness. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Make the spicy cream sauce: In a small bowl, combine the sour cream and sriracha until smooth.
- Assemble your rice bowls: Place cooked rice in a bowl, lay sliced steak over the rice, add chosen vegetables, and drizzle with the spicy cream sauce. Garnish with sliced green onions.
Notes
Customize your bowls with different vegetables and adjust the spice level to suit your taste.
