Instructions

  5. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, granulated sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and baking powder until well combined.
  6. Pour this lemon mixture over the crust in the baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the center is set and lightly golden.
  8. Let cool before dusting with powdered sugar and cutting into bars.
