- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Stir in the chopped cabbage and soy sauce.
- Cook until the cabbage is wilted and tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with green onions if desired and serve hot.
Notes
Can be served with cauliflower rice for added texture. For a spicy kick, add chili flakes or hot sauce.
