- 2 cups of heavy cream

Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions and drain.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, then add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the grated parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Add the cooked tortellini to the sauce, and toss to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add crushed red pepper flakes or use chicken broth instead of cream for a lighter sauce. Ensure not to overcook the tortellini for the best texture.
