- 12 oz tortellini (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions and drain.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer.
- Stir in the parmesan cheese until it is melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked tortellini and chopped spinach. Toss to combine and cook until the spinach wilts.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve garnished with fresh basil.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days and reheat gently to maintain creaminess.
