- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Optional garnish: chopped parsley or chives
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise (or yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the topping is golden and bubbly.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with herbs if desired.
Notes
For added flavor, consider mixing in herbs like thyme or rosemary or some red pepper flakes for a bit of heat. You can also customize the recipe with spinach or sun-dried tomatoes.
