Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt for a lighter version)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or oil.
  3. Pound the chicken breasts to about ¾ inch thick.
  4. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  5. Spread the creamy mixture evenly on top of each chicken breast.
  6. Arrange the coated chicken in the greased baking dish and sprinkle with optional seasoning if desired.
  7. Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and is golden brown.
  8. Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For lighter options, substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt. Store leftovers in airtight containers in the fridge for 3–4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
