- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt for a lighter version)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or oil.
- Pound the chicken breasts to about ¾ inch thick.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Spread the creamy mixture evenly on top of each chicken breast.
- Arrange the coated chicken in the greased baking dish and sprinkle with optional seasoning if desired.
- Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and is golden brown.
- Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For lighter options, substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt. Store leftovers in airtight containers in the fridge for 3–4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
