- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add mushrooms and sun-dried tomatoes, cooking until mushrooms are tender.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet, browning on both sides.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, then sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.
Notes
Make sure not to overcook the chicken; it should be tender and juicy. Feel free to add more vegetables like spinach or bell peppers for added flavor.
