  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add mushrooms and sun-dried tomatoes, cooking until mushrooms are tender.
  4. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet, browning on both sides.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, then sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.
