Mustard Hasselback Kielbasa Bites

  • 1 lb kielbasa sausage
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Slice the kielbasa crosswise, but do not cut all the way through to create pockets for the sauce.
  3. In a bowl, mix the yellow mustard, honey, and smoked paprika until smooth.
  4. Brush the mustard mixture generously over the kielbasa bites.
  5. Arrange the bites in the baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
