Ingredients

- 1 lb kielbasa sausage
- 1/4 cup yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Slice the kielbasa crosswise, but do not cut all the way through to create pockets for the sauce.
- In a bowl, mix the yellow mustard, honey, and smoked paprika until smooth.
- Brush the mustard mixture generously over the kielbasa bites.
- Arrange the bites in the baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
