Mustard Hasselback Kielbasa Bites

A delicious and easy appetizer combining rich kielbasa flavors with a sweet and tangy mustard glaze, perfect for parties or gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb kielbasa sausage
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Slice the kielbasa crosswise without cutting all the way through to create pockets.
  3. In a bowl, mix the yellow mustard, honey, and smoked paprika until smooth.
  4. Brush the mustard mixture generously over the kielbasa bites.
  5. Arrange the bites in the baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
