Instructions
- Add the protein powder, cocoa powder, chilled espresso, and milk to a Ninja Creami pint. Whisk or blend until smooth, ensuring there are no lumps.
- Freeze overnight (for at least 8 hours) until solid.
- Run the pint through the Ninja Creami using the ‘Lite Ice Cream’ or ‘Ice Cream’ setting.
- If the texture is dry, re-spin for a creamier consistency.
- Add chocolate chips or nut butter and use the ‘mix-in’ feature.
- Scoop, serve, and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftover ice cream in an airtight container in the freezer. Let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping if it becomes too hard. Make sure ingredients are cold before mixing to enhance the freezing process.
