No-Bake Peanut Butter Energy Bites

Quick and healthy no-bake energy bites made with oats, peanut butter, honey, and chocolate chips.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup quick oats
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Combine the oats and chocolate chips in a medium bowl.
  2. Add the peanut butter and honey to the bowl. Stir everything until well combined.
  3. Scoop the mixture into 12 balls and roll them between your hands to form the bites.
  4. Store the energy bites in an airtight container, either at room temperature or chilled.

Notes

Use natural peanut butter for a healthier option. Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
