Instructions
- Combine the oats and chocolate chips in a medium bowl.
- Add the peanut butter and honey to the bowl. Stir everything until well combined.
- Scoop the mixture into 12 balls and roll them between your hands to form the bites.
- Store the energy bites in an airtight container, either at room temperature or chilled.
Notes
Use natural peanut butter for a healthier option. Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
