Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add in oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt, and stir until combined.
- Fold in the diced apple and nuts if using.
- Pour mixture into the greased dish and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and set.
- Let cool for 5 minutes, then serve or store for later.
Notes
For extra flavor, drizzle with maple syrup or honey before serving. You can also add yogurt or fresh fruits for added texture.
