- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips or dried fruit
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine oats, nut butter, and honey (or maple syrup). Stir until well combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips or dried fruit.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the energy bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
