Instructions
- Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, folding gently until just mixed.
- Preheat the griddle over medium heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your desired toppings.
Notes
