- 1 cup balsamic vinegar

Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- In a small bowl, mix balsamic vinegar and minced garlic.
- Pour the balsamic mixture over the chicken in the skillet, and bring it to a simmer.
- Cover and cook for another 10-15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the balsamic vinegar and garlic for a few hours before cooking.
