One-Pan Boursin Orzo

A quick and creamy one-pan dish featuring Boursin cheese and orzo pasta, perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dry orzo pasta
  • 2½ cups broth (chicken or veggie)
  • 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 package Boursin cheese (Garlic & Herb)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and orzo; toast for 2–3 minutes.
  3. Pour in broth and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir frequently for 8–10 minutes until orzo is tender.
  4. Turn off heat, stir in Boursin cheese until fully melted and creamy.
  5. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with herbs if desired.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

To store leftovers, let the orzo cool and transfer to an airtight container. It can last in the fridge for up to 3 days or can be frozen.
