- 1 cup dry orzo pasta
- 2½ cups broth (chicken or veggie)
- 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 package Boursin cheese (Garlic & Herb)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and orzo; toast for 2–3 minutes.
- Pour in broth and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir frequently for 8–10 minutes until orzo is tender.
- Turn off heat, stir in Boursin cheese until fully melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with herbs if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
To store leftovers, let the orzo cool and transfer to an airtight container. It can last in the fridge for up to 3 days or can be frozen.
