One-Pan Cheeseburger Pie Dinner

A quick and easy meal that combines the flavors of a classic cheeseburger in a comforting pie form.

  • Total Time: 45 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or cheese of your choice)
  • 1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add diced onions, pickles, ketchup, and mustard to the beef; stir until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Line a baking dish with the pie crust.
  5. Pour the beef mixture into the pie crust and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!

Notes

For a little extra flavor, consider adding garlic powder or seasoning. For spice, include diced jalapeños or hot sauce. A homemade pie crust enhances taste.
