Ingredients
Scale
- 200g pasta (any type)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Stir in the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the pasta and pour in the milk.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer. Stir occasionally until pasta is cooked and sauce thickens (about 10-12 minutes).
- Introduce the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve right away, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
For longer storage, consider freezing the pasta. Add a splash of milk when reheating to restore creaminess.
