- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika

- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 2 cups green beans, trimmed

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts with olive oil, then dip them in the Parmesan mixture until fully coated.
- Place the chicken on a large baking sheet.
- In another bowl, toss halved potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Scatter them around the chicken.
- Arrange green beans on the same pan and drizzle with olive oil, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy your meal!
Notes
For extra flavor, try marinating the chicken in olive oil and spices for an hour before coating it in Parmesan. You can also add other vegetables like bell peppers or carrots.
