- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
- A pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and protein powder (if using) until smooth.
- Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet in an even layer.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips and sea salt on top.
- Freeze for at least 120 minutes until solid.
