- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, and honey. Mix until well combined.
- If using, fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll them into balls.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet or plate.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
- Enjoy as a snack!
Notes
Make sure to use natural peanut butter for a healthier option. If the mixture is too sticky, add a little more rolled oats.
