Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, and honey. Mix until well combined.
  2. If using, fold in chocolate chips.
  3. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll them into balls.
  4. Place the balls on a baking sheet or plate.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
  6. Enjoy as a snack!

Notes

Make sure to use natural peanut butter for a healthier option. If the mixture is too sticky, add a little more rolled oats.
