Ingredients

- 2/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1–2 tablespoons maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of sea salt
- A pinch of ground cardamom
- Sliced apples or celery sticks, for serving
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a bowl.
- Stir until everything is creamy and smooth.
- Serve with apples, celery sticks, or other fruit for dipping.
Notes
Leftovers will keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Stir before serving again if ingredients separate.
