- 2 slices sourdough bread

Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of sourdough bread generously.
- On the unbuttered side of one slice, spread a generous layer of pesto sauce.
- Layer your choice of cheese on top of the pesto.
- Place the second slice of bread on top, ensuring the buttered side is facing up.
- Cook in the skillet for 3-4 minutes, then carefully flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until both sides are golden and the cheese is melted.

Notes
