Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cut chicken breasts into pieces and marinate in the mixture for at least 15 minutes.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Assemble the tacos by placing grilled chicken and diced pineapple in taco shells.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve.

Serve with lime wedges and various toppings such as avocado, shredded lettuce, or sour cream for a colorful dish.
