- 8 small corn tortillas

Instructions
- Grill the chicken breast until cooked through and dice it.
- In a bowl, combine the grilled chicken, diced pineapple, chopped red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for a few seconds on each side.
- Fill each tortilla with the chicken and pineapple mixture.
- Add any additional toppings as desired and serve immediately.
Notes
For a spicy kick, consider adding diced jalapeño or a sprinkle of chili powder. These tacos are best served warm.
