Instructions
- In a large pot, heat a splash of sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
- Pour in the broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add the potstickers and cook according to package instructions or until they are heated through.
- Stir in the greens and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until wilted.
- Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
Notes
Use fresh garlic and ginger for the best flavor. Adjust the soy sauce to taste for saltiness.
