Protein Cookie Dough

Delicious and nutritious Protein Cookie Dough, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth while packing in protein. Ideal for post-workout or a quick snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour and protein powder.
  2. Add the peanut butter and honey (or maple syrup) to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  4. Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
  5. Refrigerate the dough for about 30 minutes to firm it up.
  6. Scoop out portions and enjoy as a healthy snack!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Freezing portions is also an option for longer storage.
