- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup peanut butter or almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour and protein powder.
- Add the peanut butter and honey (or maple syrup) to the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate the dough for about 30 minutes to firm it up.
- Scoop out portions and enjoy as a healthy snack!
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Freezing portions is also an option for longer storage.
