Protein Cookies and Cream Ninja Creami Ice Cream

A tasty treat that combines cookies and cream flavor with a protein boost, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth while staying on track with fitness goals.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups milk (preferably Fairlife for higher protein content)
  • 1 1/2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp vanilla instant pudding mix (sugar-free or regular)
  • 34 Oreos (crushed)

Instructions

  1. Mix protein powder, pudding mix, and milk in a Ninja Creami pint container until combined.
  2. Freeze for 24 hours on a level surface.
  3. Place the pint container in the Ninja Creami outer bowl and secure the lid with the blade. Install it onto the machine.
  4. Run the lite ice cream mode once and check the consistency.
  5. If needed, run the re-spin mode once.
  6. Scrape down the sides to remove iciness and create a hole in the center for even distribution.
  7. Add crushed Oreos and secure the lid.
  8. Run on mix-in mode.
  9. Scoop and enjoy!

Notes

Serve in a bowl or cone and top with extra crushed Oreos or chocolate syrup. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
