Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Press the pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish, ensuring it is smooth and even.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree and brown sugar. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Add eggs and whisk together with the pumpkin mixture.
  5. Sprinkle in ground cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt. Whisk again to combine.
  6. Incorporate whole milk into the mixture, whisking until smooth.
  7. Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust.
  8. Bake for about 70 minutes, checking after 60 minutes for doneness.
  9. Cool on a wire rack and refrigerate for about 5 hours before serving.
