Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and green beans, sautéing for 3-4 minutes until the beans are tender.
- Serve the chicken breasts with green beans and drizzle with lemon juice if desired.
Notes
For extra nutrition, feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or carrots. Using fresh green beans will give you the best texture, but frozen ones work in a pinch.
