Ingredients
Scale
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- Cream cheese or hummus
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill or parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Spread cream cheese or hummus on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer cucumber slices on top of the spread.
- Season with salt, pepper, and fresh herbs if using.
- Top with the second slice of bread, cut into halves, and serve.

Best eaten fresh but can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one day.
