Instructions
- Heat the milk, heavy cream, and vanilla extract in a medium saucepan over medium heat, ensuring it doesn’t boil.
- Remove from heat and whisk in the chocolate until melted smoothly. If needed, return to low heat until completely melted.
- Serve warm in demitasse or espresso cups, optionally topped with whipped cream and sparkling water on the side.
Notes
