Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the cabbage into thick ‘steaks’.
- Brush both sides of the cabbage steaks with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and any additional seasonings you prefer.
- Place the cabbage steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
- Serve hot as a healthy side dish.
Notes
For extra crispiness, try roasting at a higher temperature for a shorter time. Serve with lemon juice or feta cheese for added flavor.
