Roasted Garlic Aioli

A delicious and simple garlic aioli that enhances various dishes with its rich flavor.

Ingredients

  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wrap the garlic cloves in aluminum foil and roast for 30-35 minutes, until soft and fragrant.
  3. Allow the garlic to cool, then squeeze the cloves into a bowl.
  4. Add the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
  5. Mix until smooth.
  6. Drizzle in the olive oil and blend well.
  7. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  8. Serve as a dip, drizzle over your favorite dishes, or use as a spread.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Stir before using.
