- 6 cloves of garlic
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wrap the garlic cloves in aluminum foil and roast for 30-35 minutes, until soft and fragrant.
- Allow the garlic to cool, then squeeze the cloves into a bowl.
- Add the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
- Mix until smooth.
- Drizzle in the olive oil and blend well.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Serve as a dip, drizzle over your favorite dishes, or use as a spread.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Stir before using.
