- 2 cups cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cooked rice or pasta
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Breadcrumbs for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, cooked rice or pasta, cream of mushroom soup, shredded cheese, frozen mixed vegetables, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and smooth the top.
- If using, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top for added crunch.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.

Notes
