Air Fryer Salmon Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of salmon fillets, skinless and boneless
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  4. Toss the salmon pieces in the mixture until well coated.
  5. Place the salmon bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For even cooking, cut the salmon into uniform pieces. Serve warm with dipping sauce or a fresh salad.
