- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 small cabbage, shredded
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, with juice
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until browned, about 7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
- Add shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes (with juice), cooked rice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir well.
- Let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes to blend flavors.
- Transfer to the greased baking dish, spreading evenly.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30–35 minutes until the cabbage is tender.
- Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving warm.
Notes
Serve hot with a side salad or crusty bread. Optionally sprinkle cheese on top before serving.
