Ingredients
Scale
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 8 ounces linguine
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Remove from skillet and let rest before slicing.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until it melts and becomes creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
- While the sauce is cooking, boil the linguine according to package instructions. Drain the pasta and add to the skillet with the sauce, tossing to coat well.
- Serve the linguine topped with slices of Cajun chicken and garnish with chopped parsley.
Notes
Let the chicken rest before slicing to keep it juicy. Adjust Cajun seasoning based on spice preference. Substitute linguine with any pasta shape you prefer.
