Instructions
- Layer cooked lasagna noodles with a mixture of shrimp, crab meat, and cream sauce. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake the lasagna until bubbly and golden brown.
- Sauté chopped onion and minced garlic in butter until soft. Add Arborio rice and stir.
- Gradually pour in seafood stock, stirring continuously.
- When rice is almost cooked, mix in shrimp and crab meat. Finish with parsley.
Notes
For a kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the risotto.
