Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Layer cooked lasagna noodles with a mixture of shrimp, crab meat, and cream sauce. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  2. Bake the lasagna until bubbly and golden brown.
  3. Sauté chopped onion and minced garlic in butter until soft. Add Arborio rice and stir.
  4. Gradually pour in seafood stock, stirring continuously.
  5. When rice is almost cooked, mix in shrimp and crab meat. Finish with parsley.

Notes

For a kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the risotto.
