Simple Caramel Apple Pie Bombs

Ingredients

  • 1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 medium apples, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • Optional: whipped cream for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the chopped apples, caramel sauce, and cinnamon until well combined.
  3. Take a biscuit, flatten it out, and place some of the apple mixture in the center.
  4. Fold the biscuit over the filling and seal the edges tightly.
  5. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm, optionally with whipped cream for an extra treat.

Notes

Seal the edges of the biscuit well to prevent leaking. Adjust caramel sauce for desired sweetness. Consider mixing in nuts for extra flavor.
