Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

- In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the batter to a greased baking dish or individual oven-safe bowls.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
