Ingredients
Scale
- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper and place them in the skillet. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and fully cooked.
- In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until smooth.
- Once the chicken is cooked, pour the sauce over the chicken and toss to coat evenly.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, sear the chicken thighs a little longer on each side. Adjust sriracha according to spice preference. Consider adding vegetables like bell peppers for a healthy touch.
